GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY AND DEPOSITATIONS

Reservations made through the website or directly (in person, by email or by phone) can be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 10 days before the arrival date without any fees. In case of cancellation between 9 and 4 days before the arrival date, the corresponding amount of 50% of the total reservation will be charged. If the cancellation is received within the last 72 hours or in case of no-show at the hotel, 100% of the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.

Reservations made through Booking They can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of canceling the reservation during the last 14 days before the arrival date or failing to show up at the hotel, 100% of the total reservation will be charged as a penalty.
