Hostal Empúries

Growing up without losing your roots

Hostal Empúries was founded in 1907, next to the Greek and Roman ruins of Empúries. Its first house, Villa Teresita, was built to accommodate the archaeologists who, under the direction of Puig i Cadafalch, excavated the ancient city. It was a pioneer of tourism in the area, even before anyone spoke of the «Costa Brava». Today, the historic building preserves its original rooms, and alongside the spa garden, the more contemporary part of the hotel was added over time.

From the very beginning, the hotel was understood as a model based on social and environmental responsibility.

Ca La Solita

Stone farmhouse in Ullastret, one of the most emblematic villages in the Baix Empordà.

The way of life in Empordà from the inside: the countryside, the calm of a medieval village and the nature around. It is ideal for spending a week with family or friends.

The house has been restored respecting its original structure and walls, and is fully equipped, with a rustic but contemporary design. Outside, there are 2,000 m² of garden and a pool-type swimming pool.

Ullastret preserves the remains of the Iberian settlement of Puig de Sant Andreu. There are two restaurants and a small grocery store right on the street.
