Water Circuit

The spa’s water circuit: A playful pool with a waterfall, for relaxing, or a swimming pool, for a few laps and stretching the body. A moment to stop, breathe, and not think about anything else.

Yoga Classes

Hatha practice in a group and outdoors to move the body and clear the mind. Everyone at their own pace, with the landscape of Empúries in front of them.

Treatments

Massages and treatments to release tension and regain energy, with therapists trained in each technique. A break within the stay.

Our own line of natural cosmetics, certified Nature and Bio. Ingredients from wild collection and organic farming, to bring the spa experience to your home.

Gym

46 m² for training: treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bikes, weights and stretching machines. Everything you need to maintain your routine.

Roof top

Space to sunbathe with a small leisure pool and bar service. Capacity for 24 people and reservation required.

Caminos brings together four multi-day programs, combining guided nutrition, exercise, yoga, and treatments. Your stay will be guided by our team of professionals.
